WAITING AND WAITING

Dear Brooklyn,

Today you stared out the window, waiting for your dad to get home from school.

Then you spotted someone riding a dirtbike in the field across the street.

You thought it was your dad and started clapping and saying "Dada, Dada, Dada!"

Then I told you it wasn't him, so you went back to waiting.

Very soon he got home and chased you around the house and tickled you until you couldn't laugh any more.

You love your dad so very much.

Sincerely, Lori
